E-Invoicing
We can optionally provide you with electronic invoices, and transaction lists, which can be e-mailed to you daily or weekly. We offer electronic invoices in both PDF (for ease of reading and printing) and/or CSV (Excel format, for data analysis).
Request Forms
To request cardlock cards, please download and complete the following request form and cardlock agreement. Then send them to our credit manager along with a credit application. To request additional cards for an active cardlock account, only the request form is needed.
